To comprehensively review the Group’s production and business performance in 2023 and to formulate and deploy the work plan for 2024, Zhejiang Lixing Technology Co., Ltd. held its 2023 Annual Work Conference on January 20. The conference was attended by Chairman Bao Suchun, General Manager Bao Yulian, deputy directors and above from all functional departments of the Group, general managers and deputy general managers of all subsidiaries, as well as employee representatives.
The meeting comprehensively summarized and reviewed the work of 2023 and set forth specific requirements for the work of all departments and subsidiaries in 2024. The meeting noted that, against the backdrop of a complex and volatile global economy, the company has proactively addressed downward economic pressures and market price fluctuations, promptly adjusted its business strategies, and optimized internal management, resulting in steady performance growth and stable, improving operations. As we stand at the juncture of year-end and year-beginning, all employees must remain ambitious yet grounded, face challenges head-on, and forge ahead with determination to ensure the smooth implementation of production and operational activities in 2024.
During the work deployment, Chairman Bao stated that 2024 marks the inaugural year since the establishment of the joint-stock company. We must adhere to the overarching development theme of “seeking progress while maintaining stability, achieving success through proactive initiative, adopting a forward-looking strategic layout, and driving growth through innovation,” deepen our core business, enhance management, consolidate our operational foundation, stabilize operating performance, cultivate new drivers of growth, and achieve the company’s sustainable, high-quality development. . We must make all-out efforts to deliver on the eight priority areas of work: Strengthen marketing efforts to ensure steady revenue growth; implement pre-IPO guidance to accelerate the company’s listing process; increase investment in technology to enhance independent R&D capabilities; expedite project development to elevate the company’s overall operational capacity; reinforce production management to improve workplace safety; refine the internal control system to effectively mitigate business risks; intensify talent development to raise the overall quality of the workforce; and prioritize cultural leadership to bolster the enterprise’s intrinsic momentum.
During the meeting, heads of various functional departments and subsidiaries, as well as those responsible for specific areas of work, delivered reports focusing on 2023 performance in production and operations, safety and environmental protection, market development, internal control management, technological innovation, progress on key projects, implementation of initiatives, and the 2024 work plan.
After carefully listening to everyone’s reports, General Manager Bao Yulian analyzed and evaluated the key priorities of each department and subsidiary. She noted that the current economic outlook is highly uncertain; nevertheless, the company has overcome numerous challenges, promptly adjusted its business strategies, proactively expanded into new markets, and achieved steady growth in performance while advancing project construction in an orderly manner—all of which would not have been possible without the hard work and dedication of every employee.
General Manager Bao emphasized, This year presents significant pressure and heavy workloads; we must intensify our market development efforts to ensure steady business growth. In project construction, we need to proceed prudently and deliver results with excellence, while rigorously managing engineering quality and controlling capital costs. On safety and environmental protection, we must leave no room for error. The management team must strengthen its strategic vision and maintain close alignment with the company’s strategic decisions and deployment. Heads of all subsidiaries and departments must lead their teams effectively and inspire employees’ sense of unity and combat effectiveness. The next five years will be a period of accelerated growth for the company—and a time of shared progress for our employees and the organization. I urge everyone to work together in unity, persevere with determination, and jointly write a new chapter of high-quality development for Lixing Company.
