Lixing Technology Co., Ltd. of Zhejiang Province held its 7th meeting of the first board of directors and 6th meeting of the first board of supervisors.

On May 19, 2025, the seventh meeting of the first board of directors and the sixth meeting of the first supervisory board of Zhejiang Lixing Technology Co., Ltd. were successfully held in the Zhejiang Jinhaiwan meeting room of Hangzhou Zancheng Center. Both meetings were held on-site, chaired by Chairman Bao Suchun and Chairman of the Supervisory Board Shi Hongjuan respectively. All directors, supervisors, senior executives and representatives from Guoxin Securities attended the meetings.
The board meeting deliberated and adopted 14 resolutions, including "Resolution on the 2024 Board of Directors' Work Report", "Resolution on the 2024 General Manager's Work Report", "Resolution on Profit Distribution for 2024", and "Resolution on Convening the 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Zhejiang Lixing Technology Co., Ltd." The board also listened to the 2024 annual performance report of the independent directors.
The supervisory board meeting deliberated and adopted 7 resolutions, including "Resolution on the 2024 Supervisory Board Work Report", "Resolution on Profit Distribution for 2024", and "Resolution on the 2024 Internal Control Self-Assessment Report".
The successful convening of the board of directors and supervisory board meetings reflects the standardization of the company's governance and the scientific nature of its decision-making. Following the resolutions of the board meeting, the company will hold its 2024 annual general meeting of shareholders on June 13, 2025.
