Job Description

Job Responsibilities: 1. Carry out research and development of new chemical products and intermediates, explore new preparation processes and production plans; 2. Develop project plans and experimental plans, guide experimental personnel to complete experiments and data analysis; 3. Track the development trends of new technologies and changes in market demand, and provide suggestions for the company's long-term strategy; 4. Participate in process improvement of chemical products and intermediates, optimize the selection of raw materials and additives. Job requirements: 1. Master's degree or above in chemistry, chemical engineering or related majors; 2. More than 8 years of experience in chemical research and development, with successful R&D project experience; 3. Possess excellent teamwork and leadership skills, able to effectively manage teams and multiple projects; 4. More than 5 years of experience in the research and development of PTA catalysts and polyester catalysts in the petrochemical industry is preferred.
