Yangpu builds a modern industrial system 'model room'

Recently, at the construction site of the Hainan Lixing Cobalt Manganese and Polyester Catalyst Green Manufacturing and Acid Base Storage Project located in Yangpu Economic Development Zone, workers are carrying out construction on the factory's pipe gallery, fire water and electricity, and office building decoration. At present, the main body of the project has been fully constructed and is expected to be completed and put into trial operation in March next year.
Cobalt manganese catalyst is the most commonly used catalyst in polyester synthesis, widely used in chemical industries such as petrochemicals and pharmaceuticals. The project started construction in March this year with a total investment of 274 million yuan. It will build production facilities, storage buildings, equipment and facilities, and related supporting projects with an annual output of 10000 tons of PTA catalyst, 2000 tons of polyester catalyst, 1000 tons of hydrochloric acid, 800 tons of acetic acid, and 9000 tons of liquid alkali storage. After the project is completed and put into operation, it will be integrated into the entire industrial chain, fully utilizing the advantages and supporting facilities of the park, realizing the on-site digestion and transfer of products, reducing the costs of upstream and downstream enterprises in the industrial chain, and bringing more convenience.
We are the upstream supplier of Hainan Yisheng Petrochemical Co., Ltd., supplying catalysts for two projects, PTA and polyester. The project utilizes the public pipe gallery in the park to transport the products to Hainan Yisheng Petrochemical Co., Ltd., which can then provide the raw materials needed for project production. Just like Hainan Lixing New Materials Co., Ltd. and Hainan Yisheng Petrochemical Co., Ltd., which have formed a mutually beneficial relationship, almost every enterprise in Yangpu Chemical Industrial Park is not an isolated existence, but an indispensable part of the park's ecosystem. This is thanks to a series of measures launched by Yangpu in Danzhou to strengthen, extend, and supplement the supply chain.
It is reported that in recent years, Yangpu in Danzhou has increased investment efforts in the upstream and downstream of the petrochemical new materials industry chain, further improving the industry chain. Currently, among the petrochemical new materials enterprises in the park, a new industrial ecology of mutual assistance, cooperation, symbiosis and win-win has gradually been built. At the same time, Yangpu in Danzhou is accelerating the formation of a fully integrated upstream and downstream industrial chain, including basic petrochemical raw materials, new chemical materials, new fine chemicals, and new energy materials.
In addition, Yangpu is also vigorously developing the new energy industry, making every effort to promote the development of multiple sub sectors, and striving to build a new energy industry cluster with a complete chain.
The Hainan Xingzhihai 20000 ton battery grade lithium hydroxide project located in Yangpu New Materials Industrial Park is currently in the final stage of construction and actively preparing for production by the end of this year. This is the first project in Yangpu, Danzhou to produce raw materials for lithium batteries for new energy vehicles. It aims to build a battery grade lithium hydroxide production line and warehouse with an annual output of 20000 tons, as well as supporting public facilities, to provide key positive electrode raw materials for the production of lithium batteries for new energy vehicles.

Accelerating the cultivation and development of new quality productive forces, and creating a "model room" for a modern industrial system, is one of the eight "model rooms" that Danzhou Yangpu aims to build in 2028.
